Where is my order?

Order information is located in the My Account page under the Orders tab. The order status is conveniently listed for you. For more detailed information, including item info and tracking numbers, click the appropriate Order number. Visit My Account Page.

I need to return something. How do I do that?

We offer the convenient ability for you to create your own return online. Visit your My Account page, then click the Orders tab. Choose the appropriate order number and click Create RMA. Visit My Account Page.

I returned something, but I have not received my credit or refund.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach ACTIVE GearUp. We then ask that you allow an additional 5 business day for processing. We will email you when you return is complete. Once your return is complete, your Store Credit will be available immediately for use on Store Credits from returns will never expire and will automatically apply to any future order.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary by item, quantity, and destination. The fastest way to determine shipping costs is to add your item to your cart, then enter you country and zip code in the Calculate Tax and Shipping field. Click Update and you will see your shipping cost in the cart Total.

Please note that Duties, VAT, or Customs fees for items shipped outside of the U.S. are not charged by ACTIVE GearUp and are not part of your shipping charges. These fees will be charged upon delivery. Please consult with your home country’s Customs Office for more information.

How do I cancel or change an order?

ACTIVE GearUp is committed to shipping orders as fast as possible. Therefore, once you hit Submit, your order begins processing and cannot be changed or canceled. When you receive your order, you have the option to return it within 30 days for store credit. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

My coupon code does not work.

If you received a discount offer from us, please check to ensure that you have entered your coupon code correctly in Step 2 (Payment) of our Checkout process. If you received an email with a discount, but do not see a coupon code, be sure to click the email and do not navigate away from our site until you checkout. The coupon code should automatically apply in your cart from these types of promotions.

If you received store credit, please be sure that you have logged into the account to which the store credit is tied. Your store credit will appear in the top right corner of the page next to the Cart. If you experience any issues, feel free to contact us.


Your items are no longer reserved.

Items you place in your cart are reserved for you for 20 minutes. If you do not check out before the timer runs out, they will be removed from your cart and made available for others to purchase.
